Careers at Keel.
Join the team.

Keel. A bunch of straight talkers, big thinkers and brilliant doers.

Keel is a proudly independent, London-based, brand and engagement agency.

We create brands and show businesses how to use them to engage with people effectively – across the right channels, all markets and shifting audience needs. Giving your brand the tools, roadmap and creative execution you need to thrive in today’s landscape.

Yes, we establish positioning, identity and direction – we create guidelines and tone of voice – but we also build content and communication strategy, deliver campaigns and kickstart engagement programmes. We don’t stop when the work starts.

No interruptions, no inconsistency. Brilliant brand and strategy that you can get stuck into and really use and communications that take you into the hearts, mind and hands of your audiences. Brand and engagement. Together.

Life at Keel

Our people and our culture:

We naturally have a great blend of brand and content experience in the agency.

We span a variety of disciplines: strategists, designers, art directors, writers, and account management.

We’re all, pretty well, from a variety of big Agencies: Redwood, Interbrand, Ogilvy and Grey to name but a few. BUT we don’t have big egos. We are a down to earth, flexible, helpful bunch with a great dose of humour and humanity.

And we want all our staff to have a happy and successful career. So no prima donnas need apply!

Working in the office:

Our hours are 9.30 – 6 whether we are in the office or out.

The offices are based in the creative heartland of North Soho: 9-10 Charlotte Mews, W1T 4EF.

We believe being together in a creative environment is so much more conducive to collaboration, ideas and efficiency.

So, at present we are live and in person for 3 days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. (This is likely to change to more F2F time).

But the office is open for any one to go in at any time, and some people genuinely do go in all the time.

Recharging batteries:

We offer 25 days holiday plus a day off for your birthday.

We also try to shut the office in between Christmas & New Year- if we do shut, this holiday period is in addition to the annual allowance.
